Walnut cookies

Ingredients:

  • 1 banana
  • 3 tablespoons rolled oats   
  • 2 tablespoons walnuts
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • olive oil to grease the tins

Preparation:

Grind the rolled oats and walnuts until you obtain a floury texture. Add the banana, egg, baking powder and vanilla extract. Mix everything to get a smooth dough. Grease the tins with olive oil, pour the prepared mixture and bake at 200°C for around 15 minutes.
