Seafood
Ingredients:
- canned tuna
- frozen shrimp
- onion
- mushrooms
- asparagus
- olive oil
- coriander
- salt
Preparation:
Fry the onion in olive oil until it becomes transparent. Add the shrimp, asparagus and mushrooms, and sauté. Season to taste with salt and coriander. Finally, add the tuna and mix it all very well.
Can be served with fried eggs.
