Pineapple cookies
Ingredients:
- 3 thin slices of pineapple
- 3 tablespoons rolled oats
- 50 g of unpeeled almonds
- 2 eggs
- vanilla extract
- baking powder
Preparation:
Grind the rolled oats until you obtain a floury texture. Add the diced pineapple, egg, vanilla extract and baking powder. Mix everything to get a smooth dough. Grease the tins with olive oil, pour the prepared mixture inside and bake at 180°C until the cookies turn golden.
