Oat crumpets with bananas and blueberries

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 banana
  • 5 blueberries
  • 2 tablespoons rolled oats
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • water to achieve the required texture

Preparation:

Grind the rolled oats until you obtain a floury texture. Add the egg, water, banana crushed with a fork and vanilla extract. Mix until you get a uniform texture. Add the blueberries. Fry the crumpets on a non-stick pan. When they become golden, flip them on the other side. Dust with cocoa powder or cinnamon.
