Oat bread

Ingredients:

  • rolled oats
  • water
  • salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

Preparation:

Grind the rolled oats until you obtain a floury texture. Add baking powder. Add salt to the water (the amount you prefer). Slowly pour the salted water into the rolled oats, stirring very slowly and carefully until you get a dough texture. Then place the dough into a cake tin lined with parchment paper. Bake at 200°C until golden brown.
