Mix of muffins

Chocolate banana muffins 

Ingredients:

  • 100 g of ground oats
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 bananas
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • chocolate with min. 70% cocoa for decoration

Preparation:

Mix eggs with ground oats, add crushed bananas and cinnamon. Mix again thoroughly. Pour the dough into the moulds and decorate with small pieces of chocolate. Bake for 30 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 °C.

 

Apple nut muffins

Ingredients:

  • 100 g of ground oats
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 apples
  • salt
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • nuts for decoration

Preparation:

Mix eggs with ground oats, add grated apples and cinnamon. Mix again thoroughly. Pour the dough into the moulds and sprinkle abundantly with chopped nuts. Bake for 30 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 °C.
