Grilled tuna steak

Grilled tuna steak

Ingredients:

  • fresh tuna steak
  • mix of seeds for seasoning
  • balsamic vinegar for seasoning

Preparation:                   

Place the seeds on a plate (they may be crushed first) and toss the tuna in them. Put the tuna on a pre-heated frying pan and grill on either side for 2-3 minutes. Serve with a splash of balsamic vinegar.
