FIT6 no-holds-barred shish kebabs
Ingredients:
- zucchini
- red onion
- red bell pepper
- yellow bell pepper
- green pepper (seasoning)
- thyme (flavoursome herb)
- lemon juice
- shrimps
- chicken breast
Preparation:
Cut the zucchini into slices or half-moons, the onion and bell pepper – into large pieces, the chicken breast – into cubes. Remove the shrimp from the shells. Take the kebab sticks and skewer the following in any order you choose: the zucchini (season with pepper), chicken, onion, shrimp (season with pepper), zucchini…. Season with salt. Fry on a pan or grill. Sprinkle with lemon juice and thyme.
