Butter

Butter

Ingredients:

  • 400 g cold cream (35% fat)
  • pinch of salt

Preparation:

Whip the cream until the lumps of fat separate from the buttermilk. Place a sieve into a bowl and place the butter in it, draining the buttermilk (you can pour it into a glass and drink it). Form a dense block of butter and put into a bowl with cold water. Knead, rinsing out the rest of the buttermilk. Replace the water in the bowl and repeat until the water is clean. Form the  butter, for example, into the shape of a ball, place it on absorbent paper and dry thoroughly. You can add salt to taste. Wrap the butter with food wrap or put in a butter dish.

This is a recipe for natural butter without additives!
